Hi, I’m Kat - a psychologist, illustrator and a mom, dedicated to supporting families through every stage of early life — from pregnancy through early childhood.

With a Master’s degree in Psychology from the Institute of Psychology at the University of Łódź, Poland, and a Foundation Certificate in Counselling Practice from CICS (UK), my work blends clinical knowledge with creativity and deep empathy. I am also currently training as a Clinical Sexologist and Relationship Therapist with CICS, expanding my ability to support individuals and couples navigating intimacy, connection, and relational healing.

I am registered with BPS and COSRT and currently waiting for my registration as Practitioner Psychologist with HCPC.

I have experience working both with children and adults. Before begining my journey with psychology, I worked as a private tutor for elementary school children, I was a nursery nurse and a childminder.

As for adults, I was an intern in The Oncology and Traumatology Centre for Kopernik’s Hospital in Lodz, Poland. I worked with women before and after hysterectomy and mastectomy.

I am Montessori trained by Maria Montessori Institute and have an Enhanced DBS check.

My professional journey is grounded in my passion for emotional storytelling, therapeutic creativity, and offering accessible tools for healing and growth.
