Early childhood is a time of wonder, exploration, and enormous emotional development.
My workshops support children’s emotional literacy, social development, and early mental wellbeing through age-appropriate, playful experiences.
These sessions are designed specifically for nurseries, early years settings, parent-toddler groups, and community centres. I use Montessori approach to design and deliver my workshops.

Each session uses stories, puppets, movement, art, and music to explore big feelings in little bodies:
🌈 Feelings Explorers
An introduction to recognising and naming emotions through expressive play, songs, and facial expression games.
💛 Kindness Creatures
Gentle stories and sensory play exploring friendship, empathy, and taking turns with lovable character puppets and crafts.
🐢 Slow Down & Breathe
Calm and sensory-rich experiences that teach relaxation and emotional regulation using breathing buddies, soft movement, and nature-based props.
🎒 Mini Worry Workshop
A soft and imaginative introduction to anxiety support for little ones with big worries. We use storytelling, tactile play, and comfort tools like "Worry Bubbles."
🐾 Story & Craft Circles
Interactive therapeutic stories followed by process art activities that help children express themselves non-verbally.

Warsztaty dla Mam
Ciąża i wczesne macierzyństwo to czas głębokiej przemiany — piękny, ale nierzadko również przytłaczający, samotny i pełen emocjonalnych wyzwań. Te warsztaty powstały, by wspierać kobiety w tym wyjątkowym, wrażliwym etapie życia — oferując ugruntowanie, twórczą ekspresję i emocjonalne ukojenie w bezpiecznej, łagodnej przestrzeni.
Zaprojektowane przez psycholożkę dziecięcą z pasją do zdrowia psychicznego w okresie okołoporodowym i terapii ekspresyjnej, spotkania te łączą wiedzę psychologiczną, ilustrację i uważną, pełną ciepła i zrozumienia, opiekę.

Personal and emotionally rich sessions focusing on early bonding, secure attachment, and gentle parenting values. Ideal for new and expectant mothers looking to nurture connection with their child and themselves.
🤱 Mama Circle
A supportive space to explore the dualities of motherhood — joy and grief, identity and change — through sharing, journaling, and uplifting group exercises.
💗 Embodied Self-Care
Learn practical, embodied techniques to regulate emotions, reduce stress, and reconnect with your body through breathwork, mindfulness, and grounding rituals.
